Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal, which is why we strive to supply you, our customer, with the best solar lighting and product solutions. We research and test our supply to ensure that you are receiving the highest quality product available for the price on the market today. It is understood by us that a product you choose may not fit your design needs or aesthetic requirements. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the conditions listed below and we will gladly credit, refund or exchange your item at your purchase price (less shipping and/or handling costs) so long as the product is returned to us in resalable condition.


To make your shopping experience with us more enjoyable all our items are SHIPPED TO YOU AT NO ADDITIONAL COSTS! So the price that you see on our site is what you will end up paying, no additional fees!  All products will be shipped to a physical address only.  Unlike many other companies, our shipping fees and product costs are all incorporated into the price you see.

For residents residing outside of the U.S.A. or its territories, please contact us for additional shipping charges.  For our overseas customers, please see conditions as listed below under the "Return Policy and Exchanges" terms.

All our items are processed and shipped within 7 to 10 days of purchase. Time of day, day of the week of your purchase and shipping zip code may slightly affect the actual arrival date.  We account for this extra time as shipping methods vary depending on the quantity of products purchased and to where they are shipped.  We do not offer next day air or rush shipment, as this would significantly increase the price of your purchase.

Return Policy and Exchanges

YourSolarLink is an on-line retail store. We contract with several manufacturing companies around the US to bring different types of goods directly to your door. We want to give you benefits of the best return policies that the various manufacturers offer.

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL! If your item was shipped to you by common carrier (Freight Companies), please inspect the product for visible damage before the carrier leaves. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase - please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your product(s).   At that time, you will receive an RA# which will need to be included with your return.  You can return or exchange the item directly to the manufacturer within 30 days of receipt at your (the customer) expense as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging.  There are no exceptions to these conditions.

All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund.  We will credit you for the total purchase price upon receipt of the item, less a 12% restocking fee as required by manufacturers.  Additional fees may also be applied if not returned in the original packaging.  Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.  Shipping fees required by a manufacturer for exchanges are entirely at the discretion of the manufacturer.  Returns will be inspected prior to credit given. Please keep in mind, PayPal may vary in the time it takes them to post refunds to your account. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Overseas orders do not qualify for the return and/or exchange policy as listed above.  Orders placed by customers outside of the USA and/or its territories will receive their products in new condition and as is.  We (Your Solar Link) are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that may occur by carrier services during shipping.  We are not responsible for any additional fees, taxes, VAT or other costs that may be required by individual customs departments for country of delivery.  We recommend checking with your (customer) local postal office, as we use parcel post services for overseas deliveries, to see if they will require additional fees to release your package to you upon delivery to their offices.  Additional shipping fees will apply to the price shown on our website for overseas orders.  Please contact us to receive a quote by emailing your delivery address and recipient name.  With this informaiton, we will provide you with our quote and invoice payable via PayPal.  Once payment has been received, we will ship your product out within 3 days.  Typical delivery times range from 6 to 10 days once the postal service has possession of the package here in the USA.

If you have any questions about your order return, contact us directly at: for further instructions.  Each e-mail will be answered within 48 hours.  In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective - please contact us immediately, or the next business day and we will send you the correct item, replacement item, or replacement parts at no cost to you.


Rechargeable Battery Policy

All of our rechargeable batteries come with a 10-day return policy for non-functioning batteries. We recommend that you test at least one battery from each order to ensure that they are working properly. All of our batteries are brand new and direct from the factory, so there are typically no issues with them. In the rare event that they do not perform as intended, please notify us within 10 days of receipt of your order and we will replace individual batteries with the return of the non-funcitioning battery(ies) to us. Return shipping fees are to be covered by you, the customer. We will send out the replacement at no additional costs once the non-functioning battery has been received. These terms and conditions apply to our USA customers only. Rechargeable battery purchases made outside of the USA are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


Most of our products have manufacturers’ limited 30-day warranty which covers workmanship and material quality.  Limitations may apply as per each manufacturer.
