It is understood by us that a product you choose may not fit your design needs or aesthetic requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs with either a refund or exchange of the product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the conditions listed below, and we will gladly credit, refund or exchange your item at your purchase price (less shipping and/or handling costs) so long as the product is returned to us in resalable condition.
Shipping
To make your shopping experience with us more enjoyable all our items are SHIPPED FOR FREE! So the price that you see on our site is what you will end up paying, no additional fees! All products will be shipped to a physical address only. P.O. Box addresses are not acceptable as a shipment destination.
For residents residing outside of the U.S.A. we apologize, but we do not ship to any other country at this time.
All our items are shipped within the next 1-3 days and will be delivered to you within 5-6 days. Time of day, day of the week of your purchase and shipping zip code may slightly affect the actual arrival date.

Return Policy and Exchanges
YourSolarLink is a retails store. We contract with several manufacturing companies around the US to bring different types of goods directly to your door. We want to give you benefits of the best return policies that they have.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL! If your item was shipped to you by common carrier (Freight Companies), please inspect the product for visible damage before the carrier leaves.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase - please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your product(s). At that time, you will receive an RA# which will need to be included with your return. You can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. We will credit you for the total purchase price upon receipt of the item, less a 12% restocking fee. Additional fees may also be applied if not returned in the original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to credit given. Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they post credits to your account. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Warranty
Most of our products have manufacturers’ limited warranty which covers workmanship and material quality. We will replace any product if found to be defective within specified time frame of normal use.
