CA definitely needs and COULD use these! Is it because electrical companies here don't allow any other sources of energy (especially when it is FREE ENERGY) to stand in their way?? Then what is all that wining about cutting down on electricity usage? I guess it is a good strategy to rise their prices and make money at the general public's expense... I totally agree.
